During your search for condos for sale, take a look at their property management company. Do your research into how well they look after the properties they are in charge of. Are they well maintained?
You can research property management companies online and ask your real estate agent for information as well. Also, when you take the tour of the condo and the building, ask questions about the property management company and if possible, talk to condo owners about their opinion on them as well.
