Make the exterior space beautiful

Set up your balcony to look like a cozy french bistro with a small table and a set of seats. On the table, place a setting of coffee cups along with a small vase of flowers. If you do not have enough space for a bistro set, hang up a swinging chair set and feature lots of colorful plants. One major construction change that you can perform to make the condo more desirable is to install window. Large floor to ceiling windows will remove the necessity of decorating that wall and will allow more natural light into a small condo. With floor to ceiling windows, your condominium may stand out from others in the city, especially if you have a good view. This investment will make your photographs nicer and your space will also be impressive in person.
